Red Burgundy Onion Heirloom Garden Seed produces 4" round red onion bulbs with a glossy, purple-red skin. Excellent slicing variety for salads or hamburgers. Red Burgundy is a short-day variety suitable for Southern regions. It is a 4-inch globe with dark red skin. Soft white flesh with red rings is very mild and sweet. Best for fresh use as it does not store well. Good Pink Root tolerance. 100-120 days.
