Extra Dwarf Pak Choy is the perfect baby vegetable — this tiny pak choy is harvested when just 2 inches tall, making it ideal for microgreens-style use, baby salads, and whole stir-fries. Dark green, wrinkled leaves with thick, white petioles are tender, delicious, and beautiful on the plate. Much slower to bolt than larger pak choy varieties, giving you a longer, more forgiving harvest window. Easy to grow and quick to harvest — a rewarding crop for any garden, container, or raised bed.
Direct sow outdoors in early spring or fall — pak choy prefers cool weather and bolts in heat. Sow seeds ⅛ inch deep, thinly, in rows 6 inches apart. Thin to 4 plants per square foot. Keep soil consistently moist. Succession sow every 2–3 weeks for continuous baby harvests. Harvest when plants reach 2 inches tall for best tenderness and flavor. Grows well in containers and raised beds.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
