The hot cherry peppers are produced in abundance by this uncommon variety. The fruit is shaped like cherries, but larger, and have smooth skin. The flesh is thick and sweet and spicy . Slightly oblate fruits are 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter. It can be used in the green or red, ripe stage. They are an excellent addition to salads and great for pickling, canning, and stuffing.
