Tendersweet Carrot is a Core-less type suitable for canning, juicing, or eating raw. Deep orange flesh won't fade during cooking. Ten inches long by 1 ½ inches wide, tapered at the ends with purple-tinged leaves. Similar to Imperator, but it freezes better. 70 days.
