Fushimi Heirloom Sweet Pepper is used in Japanese cooking. It is a heavy producer of long, narrow 6" pods. Plants are 24" tall and great for container gardening. Delicious sweet pepper is widely used in Asian cooking. It is most popular for tempura, but it can also be used for grilling, pickling, and salads. It is easy to grow and matures quickly with a heavy production of peppers. It is a great producer and is just as delicious when raw right off the plant. Heat Level: None. 80 days to maturity.
