Rak Tamachat Cilantro (Coriandrum sativum) Heirloom cultivar from Thailand. Named for the Rak Tamachat Permaculture and Natural Building Education Center in Thailand. The flavor of 'Rak Tamachat' is milder than other cilantro cultivars, but the fundamental interesting feature is that these large plants grow huge leaves up to two inches wide. Cilantro is an incredible source of antioxidants, loaded with vitamins and minerals, and has a long history of culinary and therapeutic use. It's ready to harvest in 50 to 55 days for bunches of foliage, and 90 to 105 days for seeds.

Successive sowing can be done every 2–3 weeks to harvest leaves continually.

• LIGHT PREFERENCE: Sun. Bolting is likely in the heat of midsummer.
• PLANT HEIGHT: 12-18".

• HARDINESS ZONES: Annual.
•HARVEST: Leaves may be harvested once the plants have become established and before flowering begins. Mature seeds are produced about 2 months after planting and harvested when the plant is dry.
