Tatsoi, Heirloom Seeds β€” The Cold-Hardy Asian Rosette Green You Can Harvest Under Snow

Tatsoi (Brassica rapa var. narinosa) is the Asian mustard green that earns its place in the garden through extraordinary cold hardiness and exceptional flavor. Dense rosettes of dark green, spoon-shaped leaves with a mild mustard flavor and celery-like midribs are crunchy, flavorful, and beautiful β€” excellent raw in salads or stir-fried. Extremely cold-hardy, tatsoi can be harvested even under snow cover, making it one of the most reliable late-season and winter greens available. Very easy to grow. Baby greens in 20 days, full maturity at 50 days.
