Guizeppi Chile (Capsicum annuum) is a mild Hatch-style green chile with heavy yields — long, thick-walled pods with a rich, earthy flavor and approachable mild heat. Excellent for roasting, stuffing, canning, and green chile dishes. Vigorous, productive plants deliver abundant harvests. Open-pollinated and non-GMO.
Start indoors 8–10 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors after frost danger has passed, spacing plants 18–24 inches apart in full sun. Water consistently. Harvest green for classic green chile flavor or allow to ripen red.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
