Copenhagen Market Heirloom Cabbage is a Danish cabbage introduced by H. Hartmann & Company in 1909. Early, a heavy-yielding variety that can grow solid heads up to 8″ across, with tightly wrapped in protective outer leaves. The large cabbage head could weigh between 3 to 4 pounds and is an excellent keeper. The plant has short stems and holds well in the field with its’ great adaptability and resistance to early splitting. Great for slow cooking, slaws, and sauerkraut! 70 days.

These are growing very well. Plants are about a foot high so far. Everything I've gotten from them is doing great.
