Top Hat Sweet Corn is a delicious main-crop sweet corn known for its great sweet flavor. Big plump golden ears and a rich flavor. Top Hat's well-wrapped husk resists corn earworms better than most other corns—another great sweet corn from Oregon farmer/breeder Jonathan Spero. He bred non-GMO, non-hybrid corn away from the corn belt for organic gardeners and farmers. OSSI-pledged open-source variety. In short supply due to Mr. Spero's untimely death.
