St. Valery Carrot is a rare heirloom variety initially grown in France. St. Valery is known for its tenderness and sweet taste. These carrots grow to 12" in length and have a beautiful red-orange color, fine-grained and sweet, and classic conical shape. An 'improved' version of the 'Long Orange' from the 1200s. The uniform roots are a high-yielding main crop with a splendid color and delicious flavor. 65 Days
