Tall Utah 52 is the benchmark heirloom celery — widely regarded as the most dependable variety ever developed. Disease-resistant plants produce high-quality, broad, dark green stalks that are 11–12 inches tall, thick, stringless, and packed with a sweet, rich, nutty flavor that is far more aromatic and delicious than anything from the grocery store. The compact habit and ability to harvest at any stage make it an excellent choice for short-season gardens. 90 days.
Nutritionally dense: celery contains vitamins A, K, and C, plus potassium and folate, with just 15 calories per 2 medium stalks and a low glycemic index.
Celery requires a long growing season — start indoors 10–12 weeks before last frost. Surface sow seeds (needs light to germinate) in fertile, consistently moist soil. Transplant outdoors after frost danger has passed, spacing plants 6–8 inches apart in full sun to part shade. Water consistently and deeply — celery is a heavy feeder and drinker. Blanch stalks by mounding soil or wrapping with cardboard 2–3 weeks before harvest for milder flavor.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
