Growing Notes

Direct sow outdoors 2–4 weeks before last frost or in late summer for fall harvest. Sow seeds ⅛ inch deep in loose, deep, well-draining soil free of rocks. Thin to 2–3 inches apart. Full sun. Keep soil consistently moist until germination. Harvest at 65 days when roots reach desired size.
