  • 7" almost coreless roots — bright red-orange flesh, rounded ends
  • Delectable sweetness — firm, flavorful, and high-yielding
  • Excellent for snacking, freezing & juicing — versatile kitchen carrot
  • Farmers market favorite — beautiful and consistent
  • Open-pollinated heirloom — save seed year after year

Growing Notes

Direct sow outdoors 2–4 weeks before last frost or in late summer for a fall harvest. Sow seeds ⅛ inch deep in loose, deep, well-draining soil free of rocks and clumps — compacted or rocky soil causes forked roots. Thin to 16 plants per square foot. Keep soil consistently moist until germination. Water deeply but infrequently once established. Harvest at 65–75 days when roots reach 7 inches.
