This early savoy cabbage variety features green heads and striking purple to deep red leaf margins. It is visually attractive and has a sweet flavor, making it suitable for various culinary uses. Additionally, it can be stored for later use. Botanical name: Brassica oleracea. This cabbage can be sown in both spring and fall, although fall sowing typically yields better results. It is also very cold-tolerant.
