Masai (Phaseolus vulgaris) is a compact, dwarf bush bean heirloom — a true haricot vert type producing slender, tender, 4–5-inch pods on tidy 12–14-inch plants. Ideal for container gardening, raised beds, and small spaces. Pods are stringless, flavorful, and hold well on the plant. Excellent for fresh eating and gourmet cooking. 55 days.
Direct-sow outdoors after the last frost in full sun. Sow 1 inch deep, spacing seeds 3–4 inches apart. Water consistently. Excellent in containers with at least 8 inches of depth. Harvest when pods are slender and snap cleanly.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
