What’s Included

• Spaghetti Squash — Oblong yellow fruits whose cooked flesh separates into tender, spaghetti-like strands with a mild flavor. A nutritious, low-calorie pasta alternative that stores beautifully. 80 days.
• Jumbo Pink Banana Squash — Huge cylindrical fruits with pink-orange skin and thick, firm, sweet yellow-orange flesh ideal for pies and baking. Can exceed 50 pounds; best at under 36 inches. An excellent winter keeper. 100 days.
• Waltham Butternut Squash — The most popular butternut on the market. Light tan skin, small seed cavities, thick straight necks, and smooth-textured flesh with a unique sweet, nutty flavor that deepens after two months of storage. 90 days.

Growing Notes

All three varieties are warm-season crops sensitive to frost. Direct sow outdoors after last frost when soil has warmed to at least 65°F, or start indoors 3–4 weeks before last frost. Space plants 36–48 inches apart in full sun. Harvest when plants die back or just before frost. Cure in a well-ventilated area for 10–14 days, then store at 50–55°F for best keeping.
