Growing Notes

Direct sow outdoors after last frost when soil has warmed to at least 60°F. Sow seeds 1 inch deep, 2–3 inches apart, in rows 18–24 inches apart in full sun. Water consistently. Harvest at 5–6 inches for snap beans, or allow pods to fully dry on the plant for shell or dry beans. Succession sow every 2–3 weeks for continuous harvest.
