Di Cicco, Heirloom Broccoli Seeds — The 1890 Italian Heirloom With Blue-Green Central Heads and Outstanding Side-Shoot Production

Di Cicco (Brassica oleracea) is an Italian heirloom broccoli dating back to 1890 — very vigorous plants producing heavy crops of 3–4-inch wide, blue-green central heads with great side-shoot production for continuous harvest. A short, non-uniform variety producing medium-large heads with great taste. Grows best in colder weather. Can also be used as sprouting broccoli. A very popular variety for the home garden. 60 days. 200+ seeds per packet.

Why Grow Di Cicco?

  • 1890 Italian heirloom — over 130 years of proven performance
  • Outstanding side-shoot production — continuous harvest after central head is cut
  • 3–4-inch blue-green central heads — vigorous and productive
  • Excellent as sprouting broccoli — versatile harvest options
  • Best in colder weather — excellent cool-season performer
  • Open-pollinated heirloom — save seed year after year

Growing Notes
