Dakota Sport (Lycopersicon lycopersicum) was developed as a sport of the original Crimson Sprinter variety by North Dakota farmer David Podoll, and it immediately stands out. Ultra-glossy, thin-skinned, crack-resistant, and bright red, Dakota Sport is a 5–7 oz medium slicer that matures early and tolerates cool conditions. Superior flavor, vigorous production, and a striking, shiny appearance make it an excellent choice for field, market, or table use. Determinate.
Start indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors after frost danger has passed, spacing plants 18–24 inches apart in full sun. Water consistently. Harvest when the fruits are fully red and glossy.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
