White Cloud (Capsicum annuum) is a rare ivory-white bell pepper with mild, clean sweetness and zero heat — a striking and unusual variety that stands out in any garden or on any plate. Large, blocky fruits ripen from creamy white to a soft yellow-orange at full maturity. Thick-walled and genuinely sweet, White Cloud is exceptional fresh, stuffed, or roasted. Open-pollinated and non-GMO.
Start indoors 8–10 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors after frost danger has passed, spacing plants 18–24 inches apart in full sun. Water consistently. Harvest at the ivory stage or allow to ripen to yellow-orange.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
