Top Mark (Cucumis melo) is a hardiness-first heirloom muskmelon favored for its disease resistance and thick rind. Vigorous vines produce loads of well-netted 6-inch melons with very slight ribs and thick deep-salmon flesh of excellent quality. Resistant to mildew and scab. Suited for hot days and cold nights. 90 days.
Start indoors 3–4 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors after all frost danger has passed into warm soil in full sun. Space plants 3–4 feet apart. Water consistently. Harvest when rind turns golden and melon slips from vine.
