Thomas Laxton, Heirloom English Shelling Pea Seeds — The 1800s English Heirloom Named for the Father of Pea Hybridization

Thomas Laxton (Pisum sativum) is a true American heirloom originating in rural England in the 1800s — bred by Thomas Laxton’s sons and named in honor of his life’s work in horticulture and pea hybridization. Vigorous, wilt-resistant 3-foot vines produce luscious dark green pods, 3–4½ inches long with 6–8 peas each. High sugar content, excellent quality, and powdery mildew resistant. 60 days.
