Red Romaine (Lactuca sativa) is a classic heirloom romaine β tall, upright heads with rich red outer leaves and a crisp, pale inner heart. Excellent flavor and texture. Slow to bolt and heat tolerant. Beautiful in the garden and on the plate. Open-pollinated and non-GMO, USA-grown seeds.
