Purple Cayenne (Capsicum annuum) delivers all the fire of a classic cayenne in a striking deep purple package. Long, slender pods ripen from green through deep purple before maturing to red — best harvested at the purple stage for maximum visual impact. Bold cayenne heat and flavor make it exceptional for hot sauces, drying, and adding vivid color to the kitchen. Prolific and productive all season. Open-pollinated and non-GMO.
Start indoors 8–10 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors after frost danger has passed, spacing plants 18–24 inches apart in full sun. Water consistently. Harvest at the deep purple stage for best color, or allow to ripen fully red.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
