Jacob’s Cattle Gold, Heirloom Dry Bush Bean Seeds — The Creamy, Slightly Sweet Chili and Soup Bean

Jacob’s Cattle Gold is a fantastic addition to chili or soup — holding its shape well with a mild, creamy texture and slightly sweet taste that makes it ideal for baking, soups, and slow-cooked dishes. Tan seeds with maroon speckles (coloration may vary with environmental conditions) on robust bush-type plants reaching 18–24 inches tall. Pods are 4–5 inches long, each containing 6–8 beans similar in size to pintos. 85–95 days.
