Jacob’s Cattle Gold is a fantastic addition to chili or soup — holding its shape well with a mild, creamy texture and slightly sweet taste that makes it ideal for baking, soups, and slow-cooked dishes. Pods are 4–5 inches long, each containing 6–8 beans similar in size to pintos. 85–95 days.
