Growing Notes

This collection spans cool-season and warm-season crops. Start cool-season varieties (lettuce, kale, peas, beets, carrots) in early spring or fall. Start warm-season crops (tomatoes, peppers, corn, melons, squash, cucumbers, beans, zucchini) after last frost. Sunflowers can be direct sown in spring.
