This plant, also known as Green Sausage Tomato, is an excellent choice for home gardens. It produces good yields of bi-colored green sausage-shaped tomatoes with yellow stripes about 4 inches in length. The flesh of the tomato is kiwi-like green in color and has a rich, old-fashioned tomato flavor. These tomatoes are perfect for making green-colored tomato paste and sauce, salads, salsas, and gourmet dishes. They grow in clusters of 6 to 8, and to maximize yield potential, it is recommended to either stake or use cages. This tomato is determinate in nature.
