Great White (Lycopersicon lycopersicum) is a large, creamy white to pale yellow beefsteak heirloom with exceptionally mild, sweet flavor and very low acidity — one of the most approachable and delicious white tomatoes available. Beautiful on the plate and in the garden. Indeterminate plants produce generous yields of impressive fruits. An outstanding choice for those who find red tomatoes too acidic.
Start indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors after frost danger has passed, spacing plants 24–36 inches apart in full sun. Stake or cage. Water consistently. Harvest when fruits are fully creamy white and slightly soft.
Plant type: Indeterminate
Type: Heirloom, Open-Pollinated, Non-GMO, Annual
Sun: Full sun
