Graham's Good Keeper Tomato is an excellent multi-purpose variety, great for sauce or fresh eating. This tomato's ability to store and ripen over the fall and winter makes it unique. Most tomatoes that are keeper varieties come on late in the season and don’t taste great, but Graham’s Good Keeper is good right off the vine and matures earlier. The mature but still green fruit can be picked before the frost and ripened indoors. Store them somewhere cool and with good air circulation, and they’ll ripen over a period of weeks or months
