Glacier, Heirloom Tomato Seeds β€” The Early-Season Heirloom That Keeps Producing All Summer

Glacier is the tomato for gardeners who can’t wait. An excellent early-type variety, Glacier produces 1½–2 inch fruits in as little as 55 days β€” one of the earliest heirloom tomatoes available β€” with a nice, tangy tomato flavor that is excellent for slicing and salads. Unlike many early-season varieties that exhaust themselves in a single flush, Glacier plants produce both an early crop and continue to bear through the entire season, performing reliably in cooler climates as well as hot areas.

Semi-determinate and genuinely versatile, Glacier is the heirloom that delivers from the first warm days of summer through the last days of the season.

Why Grow Glacier?

  • Exceptionally early β€” fruits in as little as 55 days, one of the earliest heirlooms
  • Continuous production β€” early crop plus full-season bearing, unlike most early varieties
  • Performs in cool climates β€” reliable in northern gardens and short seasons
  • Nice tangy flavor β€” excellent for slicing and salads
  • Semi-determinate β€” manageable plants with extended production
  • Open-pollinated β€” save seed year after year
