Giant Noble Spinach heirloom spinach with giant leaves that can spread up to 25 inches if given the proper conditions. Smooth, large, dark green leaves are an old-time favorite. Use fresh, steamed, or frozen also excellent for canning. Dates back to the 1920s as a canning variety. Slow to bolt. 46 days.
