Growing Notes

Start indoors 8–10 weeks before last frost — parsley is slow to germinate (14–28 days) but reliable. Soak seeds overnight before sowing to speed germination. Sow ¼ inch deep in fertile, well-draining soil. Transplant or thin to 6–8 inches apart in full sun to part shade. Water consistently. Harvest outer stems regularly to encourage continuous production. Allow some plants to go to seed for natural self-seeding.
