Garlic Chives, Heirloom Herb Seeds — The Perennial Culinary Herb With Flat Leaves, Garlic-Onion Flavor, and Beautiful White Star-Shaped Flowers

Garlic Chives (Allium tuberosum) have flat, tender leaves with a flavor midway between garlic and onion — delicious in salads, spreads, and flavored vinegar. White, star-shaped flowers are long-lasting, ornamentally beautiful, and unlike any other blooms. A must for the culinary herb garden. Grow just as you would regular chives — in full sun and well-drained soil. Good for growing indoors and in containers. Harvest leaves to promote new growth. Very tasty fresh or dried. Perennial. 200+ seeds per packet.

Why Grow Garlic Chives?

  • Garlic-onion flavor — delicious in salads, spreads, and flavored vinegar
  • Beautiful white star-shaped flowers — long-lasting and ornamentally stunning
  • Perennial — returns year after year with minimal care
  • Container and indoor friendly — grows well in pots
  • Harvest promotes new growth — continuous supply throughout the season
  • Open-pollinated heirloom — save seed year after year
