Thai Bird, Hot Pepper Seeds — Asia’s Essential Fiery Chili

Also known as Bird’s Eye Chili, Thai Bird Pepper is the backbone of Southeast Asian cuisine — tiny, pungent, and intensely hot. Small 1” pods can be harvested green or red, and prolific plants yield enormous harvests all season. Hardy to 55°F and tolerant of rainy weather, this is one of the most reliable and productive hot peppers you can grow.

Why Grow Thai Bird?

  • Intensely hot and pungent — the essential chili of Asian cuisine
  • Harvest green or red — both stages deliver bold heat
  • Prolific plants, hardy to 55°F — rain-tolerant and highly productive
  • Open-pollinated — save seed year after year
