Cimmaron (Lactuca sativa) is a stunning deep red romaine heirloom — tall, upright heads with rich burgundy-red outer leaves and a crisp, pale inner heart. Excellent heat resistance and slow-bolting habit make it one of the best romaines for warm-season growing. Exceptional flavor. Open-pollinated and non-GMO.
