Bull Blood Beet is an older cultivar known for its sweet, stunningly beautiful dark red-purple tops and remarkable flavor. Leaves are very hardy and excellent in salad mix. Dark red roots of good quality and sweetness. For salad mix, directly sow very thickly and cut in about 28 days. Should regrow for another cutting if kept moist and well fertilized. Tops 35 days, roots 55 days.
