Bianco Lungo, also known as Trieste White (Cucurbita pepo), is a classic Italian heirloom zucchini — long, pale cream to white fruits with smooth skin and exceptionally delicate, mild, sweet flesh. A traditional variety from the Trieste region of northeastern Italy. Best harvested at 6–8 inches. Prolific and productive. 55 days.
Direct sow outdoors after last frost in full sun, or start indoors 2–3 weeks before transplanting. Sow 1 inch deep, spacing plants 24–36 inches apart. Water consistently. Harvest frequently to encourage continuous production.
