Growing Notes

Most culinary herbs can be started indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost or sown directly outdoors after frost danger has passed. Herbs prefer well-drained soil and full sun (6+ hours daily). Water consistently but avoid overwatering — most herbs are drought-tolerant once established. Harvest regularly by pinching stems just above a leaf node to encourage bushy, productive growth. Many varieties can be grown indoors year-round in a sunny window.
