Helios, Radish,
The Helios Radish is named after the Greek god of the sun. This uniquely colored heirloom is pale golden-yellow with a plump, olive-like shape. Its white flesh is quite sweet and tasty. Not only is Helios a beauty, but it is also tasty with a sweet and mild flavor. Does well in our region as an early spring or fall crop. Holds better than some radishes without bolting or getting pithy in the heat. 30-35 days.
