Purple Magnolia (Pisum sativum) is a showstopper snap pea — deep purple pods with bright green interiors, bicolor pink and purple-red blooms, and extra-vigorous edible tendrils on vines that climb to 7 feet. Sweet flavor is best before pods fill out. Tendrils and shoots are excellent in salads. Frequent harvests keep plants producing all season. 70 days.
Direct sow outdoors 4–6 weeks before last frost in full sun. Plant 1 inch deep, 6 inches apart. Provide a trellis or support for 7-foot vines. Harvest frequently for continuous production. Best flavor before pods fill out.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
