Yellow Beefsteak (Lycopersicon lycopersicum) is a large, golden-yellow beefsteak heirloom with mild, sweet, low-acid flavor — an excellent choice for those who prefer a gentler tomato. Beautiful golden color makes it a standout in salads and on the plate. Indeterminate plants produce generous yields of impressive fruits all season. Open-pollinated and non-GMO.
Start indoors 6–8 weeks before last frost. Transplant outdoors after frost danger has passed, spacing plants 24–36 inches apart in full sun. Stake or cage. Water consistently. Harvest when fruits are fully golden-yellow and slightly soft.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
