Rio Grande (Lycopersicon lycopersicum) is a determinate heirloom paste tomato well-adapted to hot days and cold nights — withstanding extremes in temperature and a top producer in warmer, more arid climates. Large, meaty, plum-shaped red 6–7 oz fruits are highly flavorful and perfect for sauces, pastes, and juicing. 75–80 days from transplant.
