This excellent and rare New Jersey canning variety produces large, 6-inch long, pepper-shaped fruits packed with great flavor that is much tastier than modern paste types. Jersey Devil is excellent for canning and making sauce β€” and its unusual pepper shape makes it a conversation piece in any garden.
