Giant of Siebenburgen, Heirloom Tomato Seeds β€” The Transylvanian Beefsteak of Legend

From the ancient region of Transylvania comes one of the most impressive tomatoes in the heirloom world. Giant of Siebenburgen produces large, heart-shaped red fruits weighing 12–18 ounces, with a sweet, rich flavor and a tender skin that makes them exceptional for fresh eating, slicing, and cooking into sauces and soups. A late-season variety, it extends the harvest well into autumn, rewarding patient gardeners with some of the most flavorful fruits of the entire season.

Indeterminate plants produce continuously through the growing season and benefit from staking or caging. An open-pollinated heirloom with genuine historical and regional character.
