Curled Cress, Heirloom Seeds — The Fast-Growing Peppery Salad Green Ready in Days

Curled Cress (Lepidium sativum) is one of the fastest crops you can grow — a peppery, watercress-like salad green that is ready to harvest in as little as 10–14 days from sowing. The deeply curled, bright green leaves carry a sharp, peppery bite that adds life to salads, sandwiches, and garnishes. Grow in the garden, in containers, or on a windowsill year-round. An excellent microgreen and sprouting green. Cool-season annual that thrives in spring and fall.
