Topcrop (Phaseolus vulgaris) is a 1950 All-America Selections winner — a vigorous, upright bush bean producing heavy yields of straight, round, stringless, dark green pods. Excellent for fresh eating, canning, and freezing. Pods hold well on the plant without becoming tough. Heat-tolerant and reliable. 50 days.
Direct sow outdoors after last frost in full sun. Sow 1 inch deep, spacing seeds 3–4 inches apart in rows 18–24 inches apart. Water consistently. Harvest when pods are firm and snap cleanly. Succession sow every 2–3 weeks for continuous harvest.

The seeds arrived around the estimated time of arrival. They were well packaged and looked good. I planted a few 3 days ago and I've already got sprouts.
I hope these flowers will grow in North Dakota! The colors are vibrant and hopefully the bees will like them. I will have to wait until after the Big Thaw in April before I can plant them - can't wait!
