Red Yard Long, Heirloom Pole Bean Seeds — The Deep Red 18-Inch Bean That Keeps Its Color When Sautéed

Red Noodle or Yard Long beans are a well-known variety in southern China, celebrated for their unusual purple-red color and exceptional flavor. Deep red, 18-inch pods are delicious and nutritious — and remarkably, they keep most of their color when sautéed, making them as beautiful on the plate as they are in the garden. Long vines produce all summer and do well under many conditions. This vigorous, heat-tolerant plant will draw lots of attention to your home garden. Small red seeds. 80 days.
