Calypso (Orca), Heirloom Dry Bush Bean Seeds — The Striking Black-and-White Bean With Mild Flavor and Creamy Texture

Also known as Orca or Yin Yang for its distinctive black-and-white pattern that is retained in cooking, Calypso is one of the most disease-resistant dried beans available — widely adapted, delicious, and excellent for baking, soups, and shelling. Each large oval bean is half-white with a half-black eye dotted with black spots. Plants are robust 15–18 inch bushes bearing 4–5 seeds per pod. Mild flavor and creamy, rich texture. Use as a snap bean at 70 days or allow to dry at 90 days. 90 days.

Growing Notes
