Blue Lake Bush 274 — The All-Time Favorite Green Bean With Distinctive Beany Flavor

Blue Lake Bush 274 is an all-time favorite — a nearly fiber-free bean with a distinctive beany flavor that is exceptional fresh or frozen. Developed from the well-known vining Blue Lake, this bush version produces prolifically over a long season and is easier to pick than other bush beans, bringing back the good old days of meatiness, color, and flavor. Smooth 5½–6½ inch pods of delicious quality on compact plants that need no support. Plant in succession to produce all season. Widely adapted across the US and excellent for fresh eating and canning.
